The Alliance of Bikers Aimed Toward Education, A.B.A.T.E is a civil motorbike riders’ organization, an idea adopted from the USA, taken to Liberia, and is expected to go beyond West Africa, that will help change local BIKERS mindset towards their Government and Communities. This idea is aimed to bring all BIKERS together to discuss the issues they individually experience from different prospective, that many times lead to ugly reactions from individual or groups of BIKERS that have made all BIKERS to look otherwise undesirable. ABATE has a long history from as far as the 1970’s, has covered all States of the US, and has made so many political gains for motorcycle riders training, legislations, charitable works, and Public Safety awareness promotion.

The National Safety Partnership of Liberia regulates the Alliance of Bikers Aimed Toward Education, (ABATE): ABATE is motorcycle riders, owners, dealers’ membership organization in all Counties of Liberia, its members meet once a month to discuss issues confronting its members and sector, they visit the Local Government to consult their elected officials than resulting to violence.
We allow young people to join our team because they are the future of Liberia and can change the story of safety in Liberia.
NASAPAL runs a small team of leaders and the rest of the team members work across the country. NASAPAL INC is a family of Car drivers, pedestrians, bicycles, and motorcyclists working to promote road safety awareness and training.
Road Safety Education can be taught in Liberia, please SUPPORT the process. NASAPAL wants to train and education the young people in to road and public safety but needs your support. If the kids are educated now by 2030 Liberia will be a better place and more lives will be saved.

Our coming to be is due to the increasing accidents on the streets and highways of Liberia, which were and are still claiming the lives of about four (4) to six (6) dead and leaving uncounted numbers with severe injuries of citizens and residents. .
Liberia is recorded as the worse Country in the UN index for public Safety, especially ROAD SAFETY, the epidemic of road accident killed at least three to six persons weekly, with about six to twelve fatal injuries that result to disabilities and deaths daily. The high casualties are due to the fact of about 90% of Bicycles, motorcycles and motor vehicles operators been self-taught.
