Woods General Services, (WoGeS) Vehicle and Motorcycle Safety Training Services, a private sector business, a 100% Liberian organized, owned, and registered Human Resource Development (HRD) entity, that was established on May 20, 2008, to provide training and consultancy services in the road safety sector of Liberia.
NASAPAL Inc germinates from the effort of WoGeS Vehicle and Motorcycle Safety Training Services, (WVMSTS) aimed to train motorcycle drivers, because of the overwhelming violence in the sector, which was destroying public and private properties, killing about three (3) to six (6) persons daily, injuring and disabling uncounted numbers of persons nationwide between 2008 to 2009, this led to an intervention survey in ten (10) of Liberia fifteen political capitals, the exercise were conducted between 2009 and 2010, the need for a comprehensive approach was realized, highlighting the unawareness of almost all road users, not knowing the pedestrians, vehicles/motorcycles rules of the roads, disrespecting each other’s.

1. Targeting the Root Cause: Untrained Road Users, hub of Violence, motorcyclists remain both the most vulnerable and the most frequent victims of road-related violence.
2. NASAPAL addresses this challenge through the following:
That the GOL enact and enforce legislation to safe guide all road users
That the GOL approved a standard curriculum for road users and ensured proper dissemination.
That the GOL provides the required logistic for its functionaries to enhance efficiency
That Insurance entity advertises their businesses and organizes a seminar to reach out.
That the GOL ensure all vehicle operators acquired at least 36 hours of road safety training in line with international standards.
That road safety is taught in academic institutions to help alleviate road fatalities.
That the Government of Liberia double and triple senior and junior Police Officers salaries to discourage them from selling themselves cheaply, those found in malpractices be disrobed from the service, to give way to more integrity personnel.
Public Safety and City ordinances are taught in all schools and public places for all to be aware of their responsibility in keeping their environment safe.
That municipal education is taught, the duty and function of Government officers, from bottom to top be taught so the public can respect Law and Order.
