Woods General Services, (WoGeS) Vehicle and Motorcycle Safety Training Services, a private sector business, a 100% Liberian organized, owned, and registered Human Resource Development (HRD) entity, that was established on May 20, 2008, to provide training and consultancy services in the road safety sector of Liberia.
NASAPAL Inc germinates from the effort of WoGeS Vehicle and Motorcycle Safety Training Services, (WVMSTS) aimed to train motorcycle drivers, because of the overwhelming violence in the sector, which was destroying public and private properties, killing about three (3) to six (6) persons daily, injuring and disabling uncounted numbers of persons nationwide between 2008 to 2009, this led to an intervention survey in ten (10) of Liberia fifteen political capitals, the exercise were conducted between 2009 and 2010, the need for a comprehensive approach was realized, highlighting the unawareness of almost all road users, not knowing the pedestrians, vehicles/motorcycles rules of the roads, disrespecting each other’s.
