Our mission is to prevent avoidable accidents, early deaths, disabilities, and the destitution of families by advocating for strong and fair (LAWS) legislation, public education (PROPER DISSEMINATION OF GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS), Community Leadership participation and (CUT ACROSS / APPLIED TO ALL) enforcement. NASAPAL collaborates with Public Safety for Liberia (PS4 Liberia) a diaspora Liberian organizations and networks with global organizations to mobilize material, financial and human resources. .
NASAPAL Inc first dependent of funding is focus on its founding, On May 20th 2008, WoGeS Vehicle -N- Motorcycle Safety Training Services was founded, Together, we adapt proven international safety cultures to improve Liberia’s public safety environment, instill public confidence, and attract global citizens. From road safety and driver education to workplace protection and youth empowerment, our programs are designed to reduce risk, save lives, honor legacy, and empower the next generation. Whether you are a student, policymaker, rider, or concerned citizen, there is a place for you in this movement.
Join us as we build a safer, stronger Liberia. Together, safety is possible.
NASAPAL Inc.’s strategy to transform an environment of violence to a public safety embraced Liberia focusing on addressing the most urgent risks, protecting vulnerable groups, leveraging international frameworks, mobilizing diaspora support, and achieving measurable outcomes through partnership.
1. Targeting the Root Cause: Untrained Road Users, hub of Violence, motorcyclists remain both the most vulnerable and the most frequent victims of road-related violence.
2. NASAPAL addresses this challenge through the following:
Membership & Accountability: NASAPAL Inc. regulates and coordinates all road users through structured membership to ensure the smooth implementation of our 17 flagship programs. Every member is expected to uphold a sense of responsibility and accountability, beginning with the commitment to pay dues. These contributions form the foundation of our operations across Liberia, ensuring sustainability without overdependence on external donors. For too long, Liberia’s progress has failed when international funding ends, communities, towns, and villages are left without hope. NASAPAL is determined to break this cycle by remaining structured, self-reliant, and community driven. We believe that fewer committed members are worth more than thousands of non compliant participants who weaken institutions. To safeguard our mission: • All programs will be continuously monitored and facing challenges for redress. • Every member must sign a pledge of commitment to uphold NASAPAL’s and its flagship programs’ values and all leaders accountable for their responsibilities. • Without evidence of registration, a signed pledge, there is no membership. This approach ensures that NASAPAL remains strong, credible, and capable of delivering lasting impact for Liberia’s public safety and community well being.

Liberia is recorded as the worse Country in the UN index for public Safety, especially ROAD SAFETY, the epidemic of road accident killed at least three to six persons weekly, with about six to twelve fatal injuries that result to disabilities and deaths daily.
